Submitting a request directly to the FBI can take 8-12 weeks for processing. In some cases, it takes longer.
Is this expedited process available for everyone?
Electronic FBI Submissions are only available for individuals who are United States Citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents (Green Card Holders).
If you are not a US Citizen or Resident, you must submit hard copy fingerprint cards directly to the FBI.
